Fast growing recruitment company chooses ProNet for flexibility

Practicus, the interim management provider and one of the fastest growing companies in the UK according to recent Sunday Times research*, has adopted First Choice Softwares Recruitment Database, RDB ProNet.

Practicus migrated to RDB ProNet from one of the other leading recruitment software products. Lee Babbage, Practicuss Technical Project Manager was in charge of the implementation, Obviously no migration is without its challenges but I was surprised at how easy it was to tailor their solution to our highly sophisticated business model. Everything we have asked ProNet to do has been achieved. It looked great when first demonstrated to us and Im pleased to say that it loses none of that sparkle when translated into a live recruitment environment.

This new solution will prove crucial to the ongoing development of the company. Luckhurst adds, We bought our original recruitment software because it was a well established brand. While it suited us at the time, we now need greater flexibility for the current market and to support the growth of our business. RDB ProNet provides that scope.
