Pay per Post which launches to recruiters at the end of this week, enables companies with one to five available positions to post their jobs quickly and remotely using an online ecommerce platform. The new service also offers a one week or one month search facility giving recruiters access to the 220,000 50K plus job seeker profiles on TheLadders.co.uk, whilst advanced search and matching functionality delivers candidates with the perfect mix of skills and experience for their position.
 
For recruiters with larger scale recruitment needs, TheLadders.co.uk offers premium membership, a package that is customised to recruiter requirements.
 
Pay per Post has been developed to help recruiters with smaller numbers of available positions to access the UKs fastest growing senior job site.  The platform has been in development for three months during which time many recruiters have requested a service that focuses on the ability to post one or two positions rather than the commitment of a major license.
