Evolving into the best, at ITN Mark Education

ITN Mark Education - a national education recruitment company, are proud to announce the graduation of 4 delegates from their Evolve Programme for high performers.

Launched in 2008, the programme is aimed at all sales staff, providing advanced learning and support for those people who want to become part of ITN Marks succession plan and develop into future leaders of the company.

The programme, designed to deliver, engage and inspire, consisted of a number of gruelling assessment procedures before candidates were shortlisted and finally selected to participate on the Evolve course.

Neil Waddington, Operations Manager, Leeds commented, The first round gave me a sense that whoever gained a place on the programme would be taken through a number of steps which would challenge us and improve our management skills as well as lead us in to a more senior role. Neil who joined ITN Mark in 2006 started Evolve in February 2008 as a Senior Consultant and was delighted to be awarded not one, but two promotions during the course of the programme.

The rigours of the assessment day, which saw all short-listed applicants narrowed down to the final list of delegates, took their toll on all involved. Mike Wood, Team Manager, West London said It was extremely intense and we were all definitely out of our comfort zones. It was an enjoyable day though in terms of developing my understanding of dealing with an intense environment of senior management.

Programme Manager, Tania Jordan commented. The current graduates found success and challenge during the course of Evolve. There will be hurdles to overcome and challenges for all to face but the overall impact will be clear, development to leadership. ITN Mark is presently looking at gaining accreditation for the Evolve programme which will seek to enhance the professional quality of the programme and ensure that the process is consistent with its goals and objectives. ITN Mark parent company, Ochre House has recently been awarded with Investors In People.

Commenting on the success of the programme, ITN Mark Educations Managing Director Eddie Austin, The emphasis on the programme is on succession planning and will give high performing and senior consultants a clearly defined career path which will allow them to progress and develop as individuals, I am extremely proud of their success and of the programme.
