Record Results Mean Relocation

Following the recent announcement of record billings for Waless leading specialist recruitment consultancy, IntaPeoples continued multi-million pound growth and expansion has been signalled by its recent relocation to one of the capitals most prestigious office developments at Longcross Court, at the junction of Newport and City Road in Cardiff.

The move to Longcross Court will enable the company to realise its ambitious expansion plans over the next five years. With 23 highly experienced staff currently, the new premises will facilitate the growth of IntaPeoples workforce by a further 21 over the next five years.

This is in stark contrast to the rest of the recruitment industry which is seeing many companies struggling to remain competitive, with around 11% of all UK-based consultancies currently experiencing financial losses and many more being forced to shed as much as 30% of their workforce to survive the current economic downturn.

Commenting on the move, Phil Handley, finance director of IntaPeople, said:
We have been actively looking for new premises for some time and we believe that Longcross Court provides us with the space we need to expand our business both in terms of personnel and the markets in which we operate.

Being located on Newport Road means that we can retain a strategic city location without the difficulties associated with being in the city centre itself. Thereby making us more accessible for clients and candidates alike, he adds.

Since its inception in 1994, IntaPeople has been regarded as one of the leading recruitment consultancies in the country specialising in the key IT, Engineering, Legal and Executive Interim Management sectors. In 2000, IntaPeople won the prestigious Wales Fast Growth 50 Award and were Finalists in the same award in 2008.

And in April 09 the company announced record figures of 5m an increase of 32% since 2004 making IntaPeople the biggest independent consultancy in Wales
