The company opened its new offices in the heart of the City on 1st February 2009 and has already experienced significant success, despite the depressed market. With placements made at numerous City firms already, they are now looking forward to growing their business and are actively recruiting for a number of key roles.

RedLaw works with law firms ranging from leading US and Magic Circle, national practices, to West End, Central London and boutique practices, across both the London and international markets. It focuses on senior lawyers, working with Senior Associates through to Equity Partners and assists with team moves and mergers. RedLaw operates a hybrid model combining search and contingent methodologies to find recruitment solutions for clients and candidates alike. Its key strengths are its consultants substantial legal market knowledge combined with a Director-led service.
The RedLaw Directors have between them over 10 years legal recruitment experience, working with an array of City based clients. Their experience focuses predominantly on the senior lawyer market and they have a substantial track record at placing all levels of senior lawyers in firms throughout the City and the wider domestic and international markets.

The downturn is forcing many partners to consider whether their firm is the right platform for them going forward and we can offer substantial experience and insights into the marketplace to assist with their decision making process. We have worked in both boom markets and recessions and are experienced in handling all steps of a move from finalising business plans and partner questionnaires through to the practicalities of a move.
 
Jonathan Benjamin was previously a Board Director at leading international legal recruiter, Laurence Simons. Prior to his recruitment career, he was a lawyer at law firms including DLA Piper. Benjamin brings a breadth and depth of experience in working with Partners and senior lawyers at all levels and has strong relationships throughout law firms, predominantly in the City.
 
Amy Hambleton was previously a Senior Consultant at Laurence Simons and is the current holder of the Recruitment Consultant of the Year award made by the London and South East Recruitment Awards 2008. Hambleton was previously a lawyer at various City firms, moving from a Magic Circle firm into legal recruitment.
