SHL, the global leader in talent assessment solutions in the workplace, has appointed Andrew Bradshaw as Global Sales Director. Bradshaw will be responsible for SHLs global salesforce, including sales leads across Europe, the Americas, Asia, South Africa and India, and for delivering SHLs revenue targets.
With a strong sales and management background in the IT and software sectors, Bradshaw joins SHL from global IT security solutions company, Sophos, where he started as UK VP before his promotion to Global Head of Sales. In this role, Bradshaw was also responsible for managing Sophos acquisition of Utimaco, including leading its sales team globally. Prior to this, Bradshaw worked at Microsoft for seven years, where he held numerous leadership positions, including Head of Manufacturing Sales and Director of Mid-Market & Partners. He began his career at Hewlett-Packard working with large global and national clients.

With Andrews wealth of customer-facing experience, he will drive this priority, playing a major role in further developing our sales capability, and be an excellent addition to the SHL senior management team.
