AMS Secures 5 Year Extension With Atos origin

Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), a leading global provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), has secured a five year extension of its contract to provide permanent, graduate and contingent workforce solutions to Atos Origin, a leading international IT services provider.

AMS has worked with Atos Origin for four years, and the extension is a result of the strong service delivered over the length of the initial contract. During this time, AMS worked with Atos Origin to identify and address the challenges the business faced in managing its contingent workforce across the UK. By using its own Global Client Services Centres in Bracknell, UK and Krakow, Poland, AMS was able to provide a single point of contact for the end to end hiring process from requisition management, candidate sourcing for permanent, contingent and graduate recruitment. This has helped to improve efficiencies and processes, resulting in significant cost savings for the business over the life of the contract.

We are delighted to announce the continuation of our partnership with Alexander Mann Solutions in recruiting and managing areas of our workforce. Over the last four years we have seen a notable increase in the efficiency of our staffing requirements in the contingent workforce and on this basis we looked to AMS to help us improve and enhance the hiring experience for the managers and the candidates in the permanent and graduate arena. In addition we were looking for a flexible and responsive service to enable Atos Origin to be more proactive in a very changing business environment, said Andrew Hart, Head of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition of Atos Origin.

Over the course of the new contract, AMS will be implementing new technological enhancements to Atos Origins recruitment process to enable increased efficiency and deliver more accurate results for management reporting. All of which will aid the Atos Origin recruitment decision making process and ensure they select only the most suitable candidates. One such technology that will be implemented in forthcoming months is Skillstream, an easy to use contingent workforce management system that tracks, monitors and reports on the progress of each candidate throughout the entire hiring cycle, as well as monitoring the overall cost-per-hire of each temporary member of staff.
