RTC GROUP FORMS STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH CTTS GROUP
 
The RTC Group has announced the formation of a strategic partnership with the CTTS Group.
 
Collectively, the RTC Group Plc (RTC stands for Recruitment, Training and Conferencing) has the capability to source, screen, select, train and manage technical and engineering personnel in the UK and internationally. Sourcing, screening and selection is primarily achieved through ATA Recruitment Ltd, with contingent and flexible labour supply through Ganymede Solutions Ltd. Technical training including health and safety is delivered by Catalis. With a conference and hotel facility located centrally in Derby and 10 regional offices across the UK, the RTC Group is able to interview, screen, assess and train personnel locally to client businesses.
 
The CTTS Group provides world-class technical telecommunications training through Cable Telecommunications Training Services, which won a National Training Award for excellence in effective training design.  The Group also provides specialised recruitment services and security cleared engineers and technicians through Cable Technical Staff.    Technical installation services are provided for a broad portfolio of ICT applications via Cable Telecommunications Technical Services. The National Training Centre is based in Lincoln UK where  Leading equipment vendors and network operators engage CTTS services with current service level agreements spanning the globe for training, provision of specialist telecommunications engineers and services. Together with the RTC Group we form a formidable partnership in the fields of training recruitment and provision of services to a broad scope of industry sectors Martyn Cook CTTS Group Chairman.    
Operational from the 1st September, 2009 the Strategic partnership between the CTTS Group and RTC Group provides a platform for each business to market the others training capability and ATA Recruitment will seek to place the telecoms and fibre optic personnel trained by CTTS. This partnership will bring the combined capability of market leading technical training and recruitment services, particularly with regard to exploitation of the next generation of telecoms and fibre optic technology within the following industry sectors: renewable energy, telecoms, rail and highways infrastructure, regulated industries including utilities and defence and aerospace.
