Penna Plc, the HR solutions provider, has restructured its business into four service groups to reflect changing business needs. The acquisition of Barkers out of administration on 29th June 2009 was the catalyst for a new structure reflecting Pennas business strategy plans for the future.
Penna Recruitment and Marketing Communications: is the UKs largest recruitment comms agency, providing attraction, branding and engagement solutions. It is headed up by MD Anne Riley and is divided into two distinct brands Penna Barkers and Penna TCS. Penna Barkers combines Penna Creative Communications and the previous Barkers team. Penna TCS retains the previous TCS brand and people.
Penna Executive Recruitment and Interim: combines two previous service groups in a new and very strong offering to clients. Headed up by MD James Hunt, and comprising teams of sector specialists, it is the second largest Executive Interim provider in the UK and also a leading public sector executive search consultancy.
Penna HR Consulting: is headed up by MD Bev White. It integrates the UKs largest Career Transition consultancy, who have grown their market share substantially over the last two years, with two other services. Board and Executive Coaching enhances performance at very senior levels, and Leadership and Performance Consulting provides leadership and management development, organisational change and assessment services.
Penna Resourcing brings together the Penna project recruitment team with the Barkers resourcing business to create a resourcing solutions service, offering high level service delivery, efficiency and innovative solutions to meet clients volume recruitment needs. The MD of Penna Resourcing is Andy Dolby.
