Lorien Resourcing is Best Company
Lorien Resourcing is delighted to have achieved Star Status in the Best Companies to Work for Guide 2010.
The award is based on the Best Companies survey, which is designed to measure employee engagement. The survey is compiled from answers to 70 questions which gain a comprehensive view of this subject across eight key areas including personal growth, well being, leadership and management satisfaction.
This year 1,086 organisations entered the Best Companies accreditation process. This is an increase of 37% from 2009 and a sign that this award is now becoming widely regarded as the definitive employers guide.
Jonathan Austin, founder and CEO of Best Companies commented, We would like to congratulate Lorien Resourcing on their outstanding achievement. An engaged workforce is essential as organisations move out of the recession and into a more stable economic situation. No doubt many organisations have tackled rapid change this year. But organisations like Lorien Resourcing that have kept on engaging their staff and making sure they are involved in the business will be in a good position for the future and should be congratulated for their efforts.
James Kelly, Managing Director of Lorien Resourcing added, We are delighted to have won this award which recognises the commitment of Lorien Resourcing to its employees and in turn has identified Lorien Resourcing as a great place to work. This award stands apart from the other industry awards in that it gives employees the opportunity to rate their workplace and we are therefore especially pleased that our own staff have communicated their belief that Lorien Resourcing is an exceptional place to work.
