Office Angels Makes Top Five
Multiple award-winning recruitment specialist Office Angels has ranked an impressive fourth on the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list, making it the highest placed recruitment consultancy on the list.
Office Angels, has built on its success year on year, moving up from eighth place in 2008 and seventh in 2009. The company has also placed in the top ten for the past three years and the top fifteen for the past five years. In 2010 teamwork, one of the criteria for the award, remains one of the organisations strongest suits, making for an overall positive factor score of 85% a category score that is beaten by only one other organisation on the list. In addition, employees feel a strong sense of family within their teams, giving 86%, the top score nationally, for this statement.

The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For celebrates the best small, mid-size and big workplaces in the UK. The ranking process consists of two elements, an employee survey and an organisation questionnaire. Categories on which entries are judged include My Team, My Company and My Manager and every participating organisations score is determined by employees responses to the survey. In addition administrator, Best Companies, also visits many of the organisations to judge the atmosphere within the workplace and see how employee policies work in practice.
