ReThink Recruitment Solutions Limited (ReThink), the technology staffing company, has made two senior appointments. Debbie Davenport has been promoted to the Board of Directors and Sarah Tulip has been appointed as Regional Manager of the Leeds office.
The AIM listed Group has grown from start-up to a turnover of close to 50m in just five years.
Debbie Davenport has 15 years experience in the recruitment industry, having joined ReThink as a Regional Manager in 2007 from Elan IT. Debbie was well known to Andy Lord, Managing Director of ReThink Recruitment, since they worked together at Best International Group plc and Rullion.
Says Debbie Davenport: What really sets ReThink apart from previous companies Ive worked at is the dedication of all the staff to genuinely add value to our clients businesses, Im very proud to be part of that so joining the board is a real honour for me. Im looking forward to working with the ReThink leadership team to continue to grow our company, develop our staff and build incredible customer relationships.
Andy Lord comments: Debbie is a great asset to the team as she is a capable and inspiring leader. It was clear when Debbie joined ReThink that she wanted to progress her career to the next level and take on greater responsibility. I am thrilled that we have been able to give her the opportunity to do so.
Sarah Tulip joins ReThink Recruitment as Regional Manager of the Leeds office from Hays IT where she was a business manager, running the permanent recruitment operations for Yorkshire. Sarah is an experienced recruiter and manager having recruited across the entire IT project lifecycle in companies of all sizes, from SMEs to large international organisations.
Andy Lord comments: IT recruitment is still very much a male dominated sector, but we have found that it is an area in which women can really thrive. Some of our best performing consultants are women balancing working part-time with raising a family.
