A few months after launching its Talent Grid set of online communities, Taleo Corporation (NASDAQ: TLEO) announced today that it is exceeding its development and usage goals and has created a new business unit to support its rapid growth and adoption. The company has appointed Michael Boese to the newly created position of General Manager, Talent Grid and Group Vice President of Corporate Business Development. Taleo plans to continue to build out a dedicated staff of development, production, marketing, distribution and services professionals to support this business unit as demand grows.

Michael Boese joined Taleo in 2006 as Group Vice President for Corporate Business Development. In this role, he has been responsible for identifying and building new market opportunities to help Taleo capitalize on industry trends that will continue to advance corporate growth. This has included the strategic development of the Talent Grid since 2008. With over 15 years of software and business building experience, Mr. Boese has worked with some of the technology industry's largest and most recognized companies, including SAP and PeopleSoft.
