Three Agencies form alliance
Three Agencies form alliance to service global industrial company
Three Leading technical and engineering recruitment firms have formed an alliance to supply personnel to the industrial services giant Hertel.
Under the title Hertel Research Alliance (HRA) Scantec, NRL and GPW recruitment will work in partnership to supply Hertel with all its recruitment needs in the UK and Ireland over the next three years. Hertel employs around 3,500 people and constructs, maintains and modifies plants and installations for the oil and gas, petrochemical, process and power generation industries. It also works within the marine and offshore industries.
Hertels UK Director Phil Bailey chose the three recruitment firms, from its existing database of suppliers.
The proposal for HRA was an innovative solution for our skilled and manual recruitment needs. The HRA members have a good track record in the technical and engineering sector and are able to meet Hertels national requirements.
A representative from the HRA said that the new alliance will allow the three companies to learn and grow from each other.
Scantec, NRL and GPW recruitment all recruit from similar sectors so Hertel will benefit tremendously from the alliance. HRA has the advantage of being able to access three databases of skilled personnel with regional expertise. GPW will be covering the South, NRL will be covering Northern England and Scotland and Scantec will be responsible for the North West, Humberside and Ireland.
