Alium Partners, the UKs leading independent provider of senior interim executives, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nigel Peters as Director of the firms private sector practice.
Nigel joins Alium from Serco, the FTSE 100 service and outsourcing company, where he was most recently the Business Development Director for Nuclear and Energy and Managing Director of a Sustainability Services business unit. Nick Robeson, Chief Executive Officer, Alium Partners, said: We are delighted to appoint Nigel to the firm. He has a wealth of strategic business development experience from operating at the most senior levels and will be a huge asset for Alium. Nigel will play a critical role in building on the success of the firm across the private sector, which is seeing a sustained demand for senior interims to help organisations implement business transformation as they emerge successfully from the recession.
Nigel Peters, Director of Private Sector, Alium Partners, said: I am excited to join Alium Partners, a firm at the forefront of the interim industry. Senior interim executives are a crucial and increasingly strategic management resource for major organisations, as they look for highly experienced executive talent that is available immediately and able to deliver specific business targets within short timeframes. More and more organisations have to make a rapid response to changing market conditions brought about by the recession. This will see an accelerated demand for executives able to implement that change.
