Academy for Chief Executives Speaker of the Year, Dr. Graeme Codrington, confirms attendance at AER Summer Conference
The Association of Executive Recruiters, the sector group within the Recruitment and Employment Confederation dedicated to the executive search market, has confirmed that leading writer, speaker and strategy consultant, Dr Graeme Codrington will be speaking at its next meeting on June 16.
Speaking internationally to over 100,000 people every year, Dr Codrington has shared the platform with the likes of Edward de Bono, Jonas Ridderstrale, Sir Ken Robinson and Neil Armstrong, and was recently voted Speaker of the Year by the Academy for Chief Executives. His client list includes some of the worlds top companies, and Dr Codrington is also a guest lecturer at four top business schools, including the London Business School.
Commenting on his participation at the meeting, Dr Codrington said:
Im delighted to be able to present to the AER. With organisations under so much pressure in the current financial circumstances, the ability to attract and retain high level staff has never been so challenging.
Dr Codrington will focus on talent management issues and his session will ensure that participants leave inspired and equipped to immediately apply what they have learnt for lasting impact.
The meeting will also be attended by Sarah Churchman, Head of Diversity and Engagement at PricewaterhouseCoopers who will be explaining to executive recruiters the role they can play in promoting diversity in the Boardroom.
The meeting will also look at the implications of the incoming government. In this presentation, Tom Hadley, the RECs Director of External Relations will examine how their actions might impact upon executive search. Tom will also look at global trends within the executive search market.
