Hays Public Services, the leading recruiting expert, and Kent County Council have partnered to create an innovative careers transition website. The interactive site will support Kent County Council employees who are affected by reorganisation over the coming year. Employees will have individual access to the website which allows them to search for jobs and improve their CV writing, job searching techniques, interviews, competencies and salary negotiation.

It works because it is interactive, user-friendly and available to access at their convenience. Employees can watch best-practice videos, undertake quizzes and obtain advice on all aspects on the recruitment process. They will also have access to external training and development providers. Kent County Council will be advertising its jobs on the site.
