Leading food industry recruiter, Focus Management Consultants has undergone a major rebranding exercise. This has seen it create individual brand identities under one umbrella group logo.
The rebranding was designed to simplify the structure of the business so that clients and candidates can easily see which of the five specialist divisions under the Focus Management Consultants group they need to speak to and which will deliver for them.
Focus Management Consultants Ltd is the group under which the five divisions fall. Regular users of the business will notice a change in their logo from a bright yellow to a more sophisticated design reflecting the professional structure of the group.
Under the rebranding, FocusManagement has been made into a separate division of the group and specialises in the middle to senior management area of recruitment.
One of the major changes has seen FocusSelect being separated from the main brand, as a specialist division. FocusSelect specialises in recruitment at board and senior executive levels.
Some of the divisions have also received name changes. FocusGraduates is the new name for the graduate recruitment sector which was previously known as Carrus. And the service designed to help creative restaurant chefs move into the product development arena has changed its name from Check On to FocusChefs. The group also continues to operate FocusInterim, which specialises in interim managers.
Focus Management Consultants has a premier position in the food and drink recruitment industry and the rebranding exercise will help to reinforce this. Before the rebranding, Focus Management Consultants felt that the brands and websites did not truly represent the group or the values that were important to them. They also felt that the brands were disjointed and could potentially confuse clients and candidates but this is no longer the case thanks to the new simple, user friendly system.
Speaking on the rebranding Stephen Jones, Director of Focus Management Consultants, says: We have a fantastic brand, well known and regarded by many in the food and drink industry so it was important our branding reinforced this. Focus is a key behaviour for us and not just a name - we are focused on clients and candidates alike to get the best solution for them.
Focus Management Consultants has held the premier spot in food and drink recruitment consultancy for over 20 years and in that time, has seen substantial growth to the business with new services continually being added to suit client needs. Following on from this success and growth, Stephen says: The time came when we needed to take stock of what was on offer and commit to investing further in these services as business divisions.'
