RENOVO APPOINTS ROLE TO DRIVE PUBLIC SECTOR SERVICES

Specialist recruitment, outsourcing and career transition consultancy Renovo has appointed Caroline Dugdall as Business Development Manager. In the newly created role Caroline is tasked specifically to develop opportunities across the public sector. This falls on the back of Renovos success with the Department of Work and Pensions and Jobcentre Plus where it has successfully formulated a bespoke consultancy service and helped over 8,500 professionals seeking employment over the last twelve months.

Caroline brings more than 18 years experience in sales and marketing. She was previously responsible for driving business across learning and development for a leading IT training company. She said, I am delighted to join Renovo at such an exciting time for the business. I will be seeking to create opportunities through bespoke marketing and one to one engagement with HR professionals needing cost efficient solutions.

David Twiddle, CEO at Renovo Employment Group said, We are pleased to welcome Caroline to the team. Her appointment signifies an important step forward for Renovo as we embrace our specialist achievements and drive a major campaign to support more public sector organisations across the UK. These are critical times for the sector and the pending government cuts will have a serious impact on the number of employees needing redeployment or seeking career guidance. We believe that our proposition currently offers the most cost efficient and complete solution that is tailored specifically for the public sector, delivering more for less.
Renovo offers immediate, distance based services that include an interactive online careers system and personal guidance over the telephone. It can manage small requirements or high volumes of people through redeployment from as little as 150 per person which includes three months support. It also offers bespoke packages to support employee engagement which is often overlooked as redeployment and redundancies take priority.
