UXBRIDGE EMPLOYMENT AGENCY MAKES ANNUAL SAVINGS
UXBRIDGE EMPLOYMENT AGENCY MAKES ANNUAL SAVINGS OF 35,000 WITH IMPLEMENTATION OF BOND ADAPT SOFTWARE
- Deployment of Bond Adapt software improves recruitment agencys efficiency and accuracy and reduces administrative expenditure -
Uxbridge Employment Agency, the UK-based employment agency working across a number of sectors, has signed a contract with Bond International Software, the global provider of recruitment & human capital management software & services, to deploy Bond Adapt the specialist portfolio of recruitment software applications. Implementation of Bond Adapts will result in savings of approximately 35,000 year on year.
Uxbridge Employment is an employment agency dealing with recruitment on a temporary, permanent and contract basis, which places around fifty candidates per month in positions across Middlesex, the Home Counties and London. Before making the switch to Adapt, the company was using a basic database with no recruitment-specific functionality. It was not able to match candidates with job vacancies effectively and, due to poor usability features, retrieving client details became problematic. With over 1,500 live candidates on the database, such a system was simply not advanced enough to deal with the demands of the business. Deployment of Bond Adapt software will therefore allow Uxbridge Employment to store far greater numbers of candidate applications on its database, and perform mass searches to match potential employees for clients at greater speed and efficiency.
Liz Penemo, Systems Administrator at Uxbridge Employment, comments, Through using Bond Adapt, we are able to match candidate CVs to job vacancies, create candidate shortlists and arrange interview details in far less time than with our previous infrastructure. This is mainly because of the intelligence of the software, as extracting data and matching vacancies to candidates was previously a very manual process, whereas now Bond Adapt automates so much of what we used to spend so much time doing ourselves.
Penemo continues, With Bond Adapt, rather than having to update individual records each time an action was completed as we did previously, our activity and progress is recorded in the relevant reports automatically. As a result, we are able to track the performance of individual consultants and teams far easier and to far more granular detail. Following our adoption of Bond Adapt, we have been able to significantly reduce the amount of manual administration being carried out by the team, which equates to annual savings of approximately 35,000.
Having gone live in February 2008, Uxbridge Employment currently has ten employees using the Bond Adapt software, with plans to expand further in the near future. The deployment of Bond Adapts services and the resultant cost savings will allow the company to invest in more front line staff, who in turn bring the potential to further increase profits and therefore contribute towards the success of the business.
Penemo concludes, I had used Bonds software solutions at a previous company, and was therefore well aware of the potential it could have at Uxbridge Employment. The functionality of Bond Adapts services is far better than that offered by its competitors, and it was therefore an easy decision to make when choosing a platform to improve the efficiency of our business. Deployment of Adapts software has definitely improved our day-to-day activity and the profitability of the business as a whole.
