Recruitment Academy sets its sights on Asia

Recruitment Academy sets its sights on Asia
Unique recruitment induction, training and consulting business, Recruitment Academy, is about to launch into Asia and the Middle East.
Having spent the last six months refining all our products while also creating an entirely new suite of offerings for the local market we are now ready to take Recruitment Academy off shore, says Michael Dimopoulos, the Academys Founder and Managing Director.
Filling a gap in the market when it was established in 2006, today Recruitment Academy ( runs out of both Sydney and Melbourne and has incorporated Recruit Academy ( as the brand to launch internationally.
We are currently in the process of discussing a joint venture opportunity with various Hong Kong, Singapore as well as UK-based training providers, explains Paul Slezak, Director and Head of Learning and Development. Once we have identified a partner with the same philosophy, values and vision as our own, all our products will become available internationally.
Catering to a diverse audience including trainees, new consultants, experienced recruiters, and business owners, the many bespoke programs on offer focus on improving service delivery and performance standards, in turn enhancing the industrys reputation.
Having personally managed and trained recruiters across south-east Asia as well as China, I know the huge impact our products will make in the Asian recruitment space. Business managers and recruiters alike will see an immediate return on their investment, continues Slezak.
Recruitment Academys most sought-after products are its two-day and four-day public induction programs, as well as PowerRecruit an 11-module advanced consultant training program all of which will be launched into Asia and are currently being translated for the China market.
