EEF APPOINTS PARTNERS TO LAUNCH RECRUITMENT SERVICES
EEF, The Manufacturers Organisation, has appointed two specialist recruitment partners CPH and JAM to launch a recruitment services offering for its 5,500 member firms.  This initiative complements EEFs current portfolio of HR-related services, which include training & development, on-site and interim support, and a range of specific offerings, including mediation, job evaluation and working hours.
CPH, a specialist RPO provider, will build and manage an in-sourced direct recruitment model for those EEF member firms that want a more flexible, cost and time-efficient solution for managing their end-to-end recruiting activities. Jerry Wright, Joint MD of CPH, commented We are excited about this new opportunity to expand our well established relationship with EEF at a time when an increasing number of engineering and manufacturing companies are considering an in-sourced/outsourced solution to meet their medium or long-term recruitment and resourcing requirements.
JAM is a specialist consultancy which provides recruitment solutions to the manufacturing and engineering industry. Working with EEF member organisations, JAM will offer permanent, contract, interim management and executive search services delivered by their experienced team. John Morris, CEO of JAM, said Our partnership with EEF comes at a perfect time as the manufacturing and engineering sector continues to recover and businesses invest in growing their workforce. As specialists in this area, our team have the knowledge and reputation to quickly find the right person with the right skills, helping EEF members save time and money.
Peter Schofield, Director responsible for EEFs HR & Legal Services said We are pleased to bring together two specialist providers of recruitment services which will enhance the range of HR services available to EEF member companies. In an increasingly complex employment and economic environment, companies need to be fleet footed on occasions and have access to flexible recruitment providers that meet their needs."
