Eximius Group expands its Finance and Accountancy offering to the Thames Valley region.
Eximius Group continues its expansion across the UK offering expert professional services in the Thames Valley region. With the launch of the Reading office, Eximius Group are able to offer its exceptional recruitment services on a local and national scale to both existing and new clients.
Heading up the Reading office and leading Eximius Groups regional expansion is Hardeep Lall (formerly a Director from Hays Specialist Recruitment) who will be developing Eximius Groups offering across the Thames Valley region. Hardeep brings 14 years of recruitment experience within the finance sector. In addition to this he has advised and delivered at divisional board level recruitment and brings extensive experience of helping businesses on change programmes such as creating shared service centres and consulting/delivering Recruitment Process Outsourced solutions.
The Thames Valley regional finance team will initially focus on providing expert knowledge across the finance and accountancy sectors. The portfolio of services available will encompass search and selection as well as contingency recruitment, campaign management and consultancy, predominantly across the qualified sector. This will include senior finance, newly qualified, in house taxation, audit and risk assurance within telecoms and technology, insurance/financial services, interim professionals, B2B services/outsourcing, commerce and industry/SMEs, public practice and public sector.
The team will complement the existing Eximius Group brands Eximius Finance, Eximius Law, Eximius Operations, Eximius Technical, Eximius Social Care, Eximius Education, Eximius Front Office and Eximius IT, offering their financial services clients a full front to back recruitment solution.
