POOLIA LAUNCHES VIRAL CANDIDATE PUSH
Recruitment specialist Poolia is launching an online campaign to attract new candidates, in particular Qualified and Part Qualified accountants and specialists in all areas of banking, in particular for Product Control professionals. Poolia specialises in Banking and Financial Services, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and Office Professional roles, both temporary and permanent. The viral campaign will run for a three month period, whilst the social media engagement will continue indefinitely. 
Poolia has commissioned virals in the style of man stroke woman (http://www.youtube.com/results?searchquerypooliauk&aqf) to fuel social media engagement, as well as creating a dedicated micro-site to exchange information and source research data (www.poolianoticeboard.co.uk). 
Developed by Wilder, the specialist in virals and social media, and seeded by Camilla Grey, the campaign is designed to appeal to up and coming Generation Y talent without alienating the more experienced Generation X hire pool. Poolia will be prioritising LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook and Twitter as its preferred social media channels.
