Leading independent recruitment company, right4staff, has expanded its range of services and appointed 4 new members of staff at its Bristol branch in response to encouraging signs that the job market in the area is improving. It follows a significant increase in the number of enquiries from local employers looking to recruit.
The branch, situated in Colston Avenue, was previously responsible for supporting a number of large volume clients in the area who had opted for a fully outsourced onsite recruitments solution. However the team will now also be providing a full recruitment service for businesses in the area for both industrial and commercial temporary and permanent staff.
Liz Cusack, General Manager for right4staff (South) said: We are definately seeing the start of the upturn as we are certainly busier than we have been for at least 18 months. Companies are also feeling much more confident about taking on both permanent and temporary candidates this year and there is a general feeling that the worst is over. In response to this we have appointed a new team of consultants who understand the market and are perfectly placed to help businesses with all their recruitment needs.
The new team is headed up by Branch Manager Clair Swinscoe who specialises in driving and logistics recruitment and is very excited about the potential the Bristol market has to offer. She is joined by Emma Lewis who believes that Bristol needs an all round solution that can meet 100% of a company's recruitment needs. She has already had considerable success in bringing new customers onboard for both the temporary and permanent sides of the business. She is also promoting the R4S Vacancy advertising Service which at 250 is proving to be a popular and cost effective recruitment tool.
Simon Miles joins the team with 7 years recruitment experience, spanning the construction, driving and logistics sectors. He is keen to promote the compliance procedures he passionately believes in to the driving sector and is working on the design of Digi Tacho training for both Flexible Employees and bespoke courses for customers' drivers. He will be working closely with Agata Baginska (Aggie) who has several years experience both locally in Bristol and in her native Poland. Aggie will take responsibility for developing national account opportunities in the Bristol area.
Meanwhile the team at right4staff in Bristol is already working hard to continue to add value to their service. On September 29th they are holding a right to work seminar designed to help local employers learn how to check whether potential recruits have the right paperwork and are allowed to work in the UK. Under new government legislation firms risk massive fines if they get it wrong so this knowledge is vital.
