Austin-based Talent Alliance Inc. has re-branded
Austin-based Talent Alliance Inc. has re-branded to reflect expansion overseas.
The company was founded as a general recruiting, staffing and employee leasing firm, but officials decided last year, in light of the recession, to move its target business to technology. Management was able to pare down expenses about 67.49 percent in the first quarter, and the company is now in expansion mode.
"We believe that our new brand is a positive, simple, representation of our business and our strategic goals," Talent Alliance CEO Jeremy Stobie said. "We are definitely seeing a rebound in hiring in the technical fields, and this, we hope, will be followed by a broader rebound in the employment markets."
Talent Alliance will change its name to Hire International Inc. effective Sept. 23, subject to FINRA approval. Once granted, the restated certificate of incorporation will extend authorized common stock to 950 million shares.
Officials announced in May plans to quadruple its sales team as part of a joint venture with a Beijing, China-based firm. Earlier that month it bought a minority interest in the company, Hua Neng Long Yuan Technology Company Beijing Ltd.
