Jobsite sets precedent for candidate attraction

Jobsite sets precedent for candidate attraction
The next wave of Jobsites extensive, nationwide brand campaign activity begins on the 4th October, confirming their position as the most active job board in reaching the right candidates for recruiters.
Building on the two phenomenally successful bursts already run this year, the October wave of activity sees the popular Max Beesley adverts running across TV, mobile and Video-on-Demand (VoD).
The TV activity alone will reach 18.8 million adults across the UK as the adverts appear during the breaks of targeted programmes on both terrestrial and satellite channels. Whilst this would be achievement enough for many brands, Jobsite is combining this with innovative activity across other media platforms to ensure they are doing everything possible to reach the right candidates for every one of their clients.
The mobile campaign will show the adverts 3 million times before requested news and sport programmes on the best sites and carriers, including 3, Orange, Sky and ITN. This is the largest pre-roll mobile advertising campaign ever planned in the UK and will run throughout October and November, driving a minimum of 250,000 additional visits to Jobsite.
The VoD activity reaches the growing number of people who watch TV programmes online and will see the adverts shown on sites including ITV Player, 4oD, Sky Player and TalkTalk TV catch up. This element of the campaign is incredibly effective at driving candidates directly to Jobsite as it delivers the message to them when theyre already online.
This heavyweight advertising is further supported by Jobsites ongoing marketing activity, including print advertisements in national and regional Daily Mail newspaper titles, digital activity including both behavioural retargeting and PPC and main club sponsorship of Portsmouth Football Club.
Keith Potts, MD of Jobsite, comments To deliver for our clients we know its essential that we attract the right candidates for them. This is why weve made a long term commitment to being the most active job board in the market in reaching candidates. The October wave of advertising is our fifth burst since 2008 and has always been on a nationwide basis to enable us to talk to candidates in every region of the UK. The use of innovative media platforms such as mobile and VoD further demonstrates the level of investment we believe its important to make to ensure we meet the needs of both recruiters and job seekers. Based on the fantastic results weve seen from previous advertising we look forward to helping take the hard work out of job hunting for even more people from October.
