Human Capital Consultancy True North has boosted its Executive Search team with the recent appointments of Natalie OShaughnessy (E-Commerce) and Manuel Castro (Digital Media) as Principal Consultants.
Both have significant recruitment experience within their respective fields and have already hit the ground running winning a number of high profile assignments.
Natalie OShaughnessy
Natalie will be leading the e-Commerce search practice at True North with a focus on senior management hires, board level appointments and change led recruitment solutions.  She has extensive experience in building high performing leadership teams within this specialist sector working across a range of established and high growth multi-channel and online businesses. 
Manuel Castro
Manuel will be leading the New Media search practice at True North. He has spent 10 years working within the digital creative services and advertising industry, covering a wide range of UK and International clients ranging from Above the line, Integrated and Digital Agencies, Corporate/FTSE 100 and Government organisations. Specialising in delivering a range of consultancy based services ranging from recruitment solutions, fixed cost project work, change management, helping clients with requirements analysis, scoping solutions, budget control and delivering bespoke solutions tailored to specific client needs.
Their appointment comes as True North develops even more innovative ways for fast growing entrepreneurial companies to manage all aspects of their talent acquisition.
