Concept IT Celebrates 10 Years in Business and All Time Record Sales
Concept IT, one of the fastest growing UK recruitment firms, is celebrating its 10th Anniversary in the same month it has achieved all-time record sales and profits.
In Q3, the 30-strong company with offices in the Midlands and London, achieved sales of over 2.5 million and gross profit sales of 540,000.  The company has also doubled turnover through the recession to a projected 7 million in 2010.
This year to date, the unstoppable team has placed over 1,000 people into permanent or contract positions.  In its ten-year history, Concept has placed over 4000 candidates into new jobs.
Managing Director, Chris Short comments I am very proud with what we have achieved over the past ten years - the success is all down to the staff.   We are a people business and our mission is to deliver an exceptional recruitment service to all our clients and candidates.  To do this we must attract and develop the best talent in our industry.  Where many recruitment companies cut training budgets in the recession we increased our spend on training our staff.
Our top recruitment consultants will earn into six figures this year.  We reward based on success. Incentives we offer include company cars, monthly competitions to win the latest gadgets including Apple iPads and flat screen TVs and also 5 star breaks to Europe and New York.
The ten year occasion is being celebrated on Friday 29th October with a party for all customers, suppliers and staff in their Midlands head office.  In typical fashion, the company will be giving out prizes including the latest Apple iPad.  The event will also be attended by local MP, Mr Ian Austin, who opened the companys head office three years ago.
The company has ambitious plans for the future, with plans to grow to 20 million by 2013.  Chris Short adds We will double in headcount over the next three years.  This means head office will grow to over 50 people with requirements for London to grow to over 20 consultants.
