Participating in National Customer Service Week from 4th to 8th October 2010 resulted in a 24% increase in customer satisfaction among the contractor and temporary employees for giant group plc, the contractor services provider.
 
When asked to rate their giant Employee Support Officers performance during the week, giant contractors used their web based joy stick rating system to capture their opinion of service levels. 
 
According to giant, consistently achieving high service levels is one of the benefits of their contractor offering.  Uniquely, ongoing monitoring of their key performance indicators is available to view real-time on their website.
