Jonathan Lee Recruitment launches managed service offering

Jonathan Lee Recruitment, the specialist engineering and manufacturing recruiter, has launched a new managed service offering called Integrate that offers end to end recruitment services to firms looking for both contract and permanent staff.

Integrate provides companies of all sizes with a fully bespoke recruitment and HR managed service that is based on the expertise and management capabilities of account managers and sector specialists, backed up by the essential technology. This combined people and technology approach means that levels of service are high and the focus is on quality of recruitment rather than simple volume.

Commenting on the launch of Integrate Jon Blaze said: Managed service recruitment has many benefits. It allows clients to improve efficiency by only paying for what they need when they need it. It also frees up managers in-house to focus on strategic tasks. There are strong risk management benefits too as ever-changing legal requirements frequently result in pitfalls for employers.

Integrate sets out to differentiate itself in several ways, as Jon explains: The difference with Integrate is that we have very strong account management foundations and dont simply rely on technology. We think that its vital to build strong relationships with our clients so that we are clear of their recruitment needs and can then use our expertise and experience to meet them. We are also focussed on the quality of service and the candidates we provide and as such we only work with approved recruitment partners that are right for each client. In addition, Integrate has robust contracts and processes in place that protect the employer from legal and regulatory changes such as the Agency Workers Regulations.

As well as recruitment services, Integrate also works with hand picked partners to provide payroll and HR support, including contractor mortgage services, healthcare and pension provision among many others.
