Jeffrey Anderson, Managing Director said, our new virtual back office solution is based on our Enterprise edition of Opera II Recruitment and comes bundled with everything required for a full virtual back office environment including Microsoft Office, Anti Virus Software, Firewalls, Backups, Software Updates and full Technical Support.

From the clients perspective there is no capital investment and no IT infrastructure requirements. The only requirement is a PC with internet access for a small monthly fee all the clients have to do is use the software!

Our virtual back office solution (& optionally online timesheets) will seamlessly integrate with clients front office software creating a highly automated total recruitment solution.

Many recruitment businesses struggle with their back office systems this often restricts growth opportunities. These restrictive systems usually consist of payroll software and a simple accounting package and can be very labour intensive. Opera II Recruitment is based on an award winning SME accounting package, is recruitment specific, easy to use and highly scalable.
