Change of ownership of The MRI China Group

Christine Raynaud, recruitment industry leader, plans to give new boost to the organization and expand the company through strength of knowledge, leadership and expertise across China and Asia
MRI China Holdings Limited announced today the sale of The MRI China Group to Christine Raynaud, new CEO and majority owner. The sale was completed on October 29 between Founder and former CEO, Tony Dickel and Raynaud.

The MRI China Group provides executive recruitment services and through its subsidiary Tal-os, recruitment outsourcing solutions. The Group is based in Hong Kong and has operations in Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore and Korea.

Clients of the MRI China Group include Forbes Global 2000, Fortune 500, regional and local companies. It employs over 200 people with consultants working in specialized industry and skill markets throughout Greater China and Asia.

The MRI China Group was founded in 1998 and enjoyed steady, award-winning growth. During the last twelve months, the Group has seen unprecedented growth and success with its clients and partners.

Founder and former CEO of the award winning MRI China Group, Tony Dickel commented, I sold the company to Christine because I recognized she has the values, experience, knowledge and leadership skills to drive the company to the next levels while keeping its unique culture. With more than 25 years of experience in recruitment and staffing, Raynaud, a French National, is one of the industrys most experienced leaders. She was Regional Director of Manpower Inc. Asia operations, supervising and managing their entry into nine markets including Greater China. Subsequently she was the CEO of Hudson EMEA, managing a team of more than 1,000 strong across 15 countries including the UK, Continental Europe and the Middle East.
