Global Executive Search Specialist RSA welcomes new faces and recognises existing talent
 
RSA, the global life sciences executive search and interim management specialist, is pleased to announce a series of new appointments and internal promotions across its global network. 
 
International business development and recruitment specialist Zaki Sellam joins RSA Switzerland as a Practice Leader focussing on building strategic partnerships with Biotechs, VC backed companies, Innovating Clusters and Start-Ups. Zaki joins the team with broad experience of both scientific and commercial functions ranging from R&D to his current position.
 
In his previous role, Zaki built and headed up the Life Sciences Division of Stamford Consultants AG in Basel. While there, Zaki successfully contributed to the major growth and internationalisation of the company and diversified the client portfolio including Pharma, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, CROs and Biotechnology.
 
Zaki holds an MSc in Biotechnology Engineering from UNational School of Biotech in Bordeaux, an MBA from The Institute of Business Administration from Poitiers and is currently enrolled in a part-time PhD within Strategic Marketing and Human Resources in Life Sciences with the University of Portsmouth.
 
RSA Switzerland is also pleased to welcome Michelle Bosshard as a Principal Consultant. With a strong background of over ten years in international executive search, Michelle will focus on building strategic partnerships with companies primarily within the Consumer and Animal Healthcare sectors.
 
Michelle joins RSA from GSK Biologicals, where she was a Recruitment Business Partner in Manufacturing Operations. Prior to GSK, Michelle worked within the global life sciences practice at Korn/Ferry International, where she spent five years executing high profile, global and pan-European searches.  Michelle holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University.
 
Outside of Switzerland, RSA Germany welcomes Life Sciences consultant Yildiz Biloglu as a Principal Executive Search Consultant. Yildiz comes to RSA with over six years of Executive Search experience, most as a Senior Consultant at Korn/Ferry Futurestep GmbH. Yildiz will bring strong project management and business development expertise to RSA.
 
Yildiz studied Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences, focussing on Marketing Communication and Sales.

We hope that we can provide all new members of the team with the right platform to further develop their expertise and present them with the opportunity to help expand and develop the business in new ways.
 
In the UK, RSA is delighted to congratulate Matthew Edwards on his promotion to Associate Consultant within RSAs Commercial Practice. Matthew joined RSA in 2007 as a Researcher specialising in Medical search assignments from entry level physicians, right up to Board level appointments.
 
I am very excited about my new role at RSA, commented Matthew on his promotion. I am looking forward to developing new relationships with clients and candidates across many areas of the business.
 
Matthew began his career in recruitment after gaining a BSc in Medical Biochemistry at Brunel University. He joined RSA following a role within a boutique life-sciences consultancy, working on executive search projects across a range of functional areas.
