Santander and Hays continue RPO partnership
 
Hays has been chosen by Santander, one of the worlds largest banks, to provide a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution to meet its staffing needs. Hays will be responsible for RPO across Santanders UK retail branches. It is expected that this will exceed over 4,000 hires each year, allowing Hays to retain its prominent place as a key RPO provider to Santander.
 
The three year contract was awarded following a competitive tender process. All permanent roles for Santanders retail branches nationwide will be provided by Hays. The RPO solution will include a full range of resourcing services including employer branding, candidate sourcing, recruitment process management and assessment & selection delivery.
 
Santander relies upon attracting and retaining the highest quality talent and it is imperative we work with the best RPO providers in order to achieve this. Following an extensive evaluation of our business we revised our RPO model and were looking for partners who were going to be innovative in their approach to our recruitment.
