MRI China Group Wins CCH China STAFF Recruitment Firm of the Year

For the fifth time in the last six years The MRI China Group Wins CCH China STAFF Recruitment Firm of the Year, China
The MRI China Group has once again been awarded the prestigious CCH China STAFF Recruitment Firm of the Year Award. The company previously won the award in 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2009. The award demonstrates The MRI China Groups position as the undisputed leader in executive recruitment and for the first time recognizes a recruitment process outsourcing solution delivered by Tal-os Asia, a subsidiary of the Group.

Chris Watkins, China Country Manager of The MRI China Group, accepted the award on behalf of the company at the 13th annual ceremony. The event was attended by more than 200 people, including HR professionals and senior managers from multinational and local companies in China.

We are very excited to have been awarded the Recruitment Firm of the Year, China for the fifth time in the last six years. It is a testament to the unique solutions we are able to provide our clients along with the incredible hard work of our industry specialized consultants and project teams in the MRI and Tal-os businesses, remarked Watkins.

Angie Eagan, Managing Director of Tal-os Asia said This award is firm validation of how powerful our end to end solutions model is in addressing the talent needs of companies for which China is a strategic imperative.  What makes it even more valuable to me is the award was based upon the endorsement of our clients and opinions of HR industry leaders. It is a real honor.

The panel of judges, comprising of seven HR directors, reviewed each blind submission and agreed together on the winner. The award was based on the review of case studies provided by three of The MRI China Groups specialist practice teams retail, consumer and manufacturing. These communicated the companys unique approach and verified the outstanding results and return on investment achieved on behalf of clients.

The case studies demonstrated The MRI China Groups proven ability to work as a partner and add value. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to partner with clients that allow us to take a proactive and innovative approach to attracting the best talent in China as they seek to grow their businesses, added Watkins.

Christine Raynaud, CEO of The MRI China Group, said I am very proud to be the new leader of such a team of great achievers and very grateful to Tony Dickel, the company's founder, for his legacy.
