Randstad Managed Services rated a top three outsourcing provider by The Black Book of Outsourcing

Randstad Managed Services, the outsourcing arm of Randstad, one of the worlds leading recruitment and HR services companies, has been ranked as one of the top providers of global recruitment outsourcing in the latest Black Book of Outsourcing survey.

In the first year that Randstad was put forward for assessment, it was ranked a top three provider for recruitment process outsourcing and in the top four for overall human resources outsourcing.

Kelly Quirk, managing director of Randstad Managed Services in the UK, said: The Black Book of Outsourcing report is a highly regarded survey of what clients think about their providers and we are delighted that our clients have provided such a strong endorsement of the service Randstad Managed Services offers.

Randstads global scale and expertise means that we are one of only a handful of providers in the world that can offer seamless cross-border recruitment outsourcing solutions for the most complex international organisations.

By outsourcing properly, companies stand to gain substantial benefits, such as human capital management cost reduction, improved compliance, enhanced risk mitigation and more streamlined processes.  We are very proud that we deliver these benefits to our clients and that we have invested in the leading-edge technology that helps make this possible.

Ultimately, our success is down to the hard work and dedication of my colleagues and I would like to thank them all very much.

Randstad Managed Services top rankings in the Black Book of Outsourcing follow other accolades achieved by the company this year.  They include being ranked the 28th Sunday Times Best Small Company to Work For and being awarded three stars for extraordinary performance in the Best Companies accreditation.

The Black Book of Outsourcing is the leading independent benchmark for customer satisfaction with outsourcing organisations and is owned by Datamonitor Group, the global research organisation.  It conducts the largest, most comprehensive experience study of vendor outsourcing services in the global outsourcing industry and assesses customer satisfaction across nine performance criteria, including financial benefits, risk mitigation, problem resolution, partnership approach and skills.
