PAs pampered for a good cause

PAs pampered for a good cause

On Friday 3rd December, Londons personal assistants met up at the annual PAmper day, in support of the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC).

The event, sponsored by Crone Corkill for the sixth year running, was a fantastic opportunity for hard-working PAs from across London to be acknowledged and fussed over, while raising money to support some of the UKs most vulnerable children.

The lucky attendees were welcomed to Le Meridien, Piccadilly, by Crone Corkill Associate Director Jenine Ward and a sparkling champagne reception. Jenine was delighted to make her fourth appearance at PAmper, commenting: this is possibly the only event of its kind to honour the excellent work of all PAs, rather than being awards-driven.

The glamorous day continued with some top-notch pampering, including massages, make-up consultations and a delectable three course meal. Guests were entertained by sassy stand-up Deborah Frances-White and had the opportunity to win a host of wonderful raffle prizes, from spa days to shopping vouchers. A silent auction provided plenty of chances for some festive self-indulgence, with luxurious lots that included exotic holidays and a champagne cruise on the River Thames.

Thank you to everyone who supported or attended the event and made the day so memorable. We are thrilled to announce that between us we raised over 23,000 for the NSPCC.
