Recruitment Reviews, the new web site providing impartial comparisons and reviews for the Recruitment community, has launched this week. Aiming to enhance transparency and raise standards across all areas of the Recruitment arena, the Social Media led website houses user generated reviews covering agencies, direct employers and intermediaries, such as job boards.

Recruitment Reviews major offering is empowering those individuals that matter most in Recruitment both job seekers and successfully placed candidates alike, as it is these end-users that hold first hand experience of the various service providers working in and around the Recruitment space. With such candidate led observations being invaluable to their peers, Recruitment Reviews provides an unrivalled space for them to share opinions and personal experiences associated with both seeking, and ultimately during employment.

The site was established by Oliver Urpi, who launched it due to his personal concern that, from a candidates perspective there is a lack of transparent information about Recruitment service providers and employers.

Oliver Urpi, Managing Director of Recruitment Reviews said:

Having been part of the job seeking system many times, I was frequently frustrated by the lack of resources that provide an honest insight into how well a company delivers its recruitment service, or what its really like to work for a given employer. Be it an agency or direct employer, impartial feedback about them is so important, but is virtually non-existent. With the introduction of Recruitment Reviews we hope to provide independent and honest advice, together with real life opinions and examples to help candidates make the right choices when choosing a new employer, recruitment agency or other intermediary.

Aside from Recruitment Reviews adding value to candidates decision making, Oliver hopes that agencies and direct employers see the benefit of including it as part of their post sales and customer satisfaction process, by inviting their candidates and clients to submit feedback and reviews about the service delivered.
