Some exciting new initiatives from Innovate CV
Innovate CV, the online global CV platform, has launched some very exciting new initiatives that will continue to assist its partner recruitment agencies in their ability to stand out from the competition and make more placements.
As well as its agency branded and standardised CV product, Innovate CV has its own website ( where candidates can create a generic Innovate CV and send directly to partner recruiters.
Innovate CV makes creating, editing and sending a CV as easy as possible for candidates, and has launched a number of new dynamic tools that will also benefit its partner recruitment agencies.
The cutting edge technology allows a plain and basic Word / PDF CV or LinkedIn / Facebook profile to be automatically converted into a new-generation online Innovate CV in seconds. An Innovate CV allows candidates to show more through video, audio, and ability to upload work samples to be able to stand-out from the crowd. This results in partner recruitment agencies being able to present more enhanced information to clients in a very effective manner, and really differentiates them from the rest of the market.
Innovate CV has launched a new Facebook App ( Through the App, candidates can create and update their Innovate CV directly within the popular social networking site. Candidates can send their Innovate CV to a partner recruitment agency directly from Facebook, and the system will automatically convert the generic Innovate CV into the partners own branded Innovate CV. This will mean that Innovate CV partners will receive their own Innovate CVs in a perfect format, and can then format, edit, send and track the CV.
Many students and recent graduates have also been signing up with Innovate CV following the launch of the partnership between Innovate CV and the National Union of Students (NUS). The partnership will assist students and recent graduates in addressing current issues of graduate unemployment, as well as providing innovative tools so that students can utilise new technologies to increase their chances of securing a job soon after graduation. The number of 16 - to 24-year-olds out of work has increased to 943,000, one of the highest figures since records began in 1992, giving a youth jobless rate of 19.8%
The NUS and Innovate CV will work together with students across the country running a number of regional workshops discussing a variety of graduate employment topics. These workshops will be facilitated by Lord Jim Knight in his role as Associate Director of Innovate CV. Lord Knight said that he is delighted to be hosting such important events directly with students, and through the NUS and Innovate CV partnership, is looking forward to being able to see real improvements in graduate employment. These workshops will culminate at the end of March with a very large graduate recruitment event in London, in which speakers include Richard Allan, Director of Facebook, Fergal Sharkey, CEO of UK Music, Greg Dyke former Director-General of the BBC and Aaron Porter, National President of the NUS.
This exciting initiative will benefit Innovate CV partner recruitment agencies as more candidates will be creating Innovate CVs which can be sent directly to Innovate CV partner agencies and automatically converted into the recruiters own format. Partners are able to utilise the Innovate CV tools to edit and send their own branded Innovate CVs differentiating them from the competition.
