Friisberg & Partners International Adopts a New Group-wide Quality System
In order to reassure its clients across Europe, Southern Africa and India that the quality of service and rigorous methods they have come to expect and rely upon from their local office will be replicated on every assignment conducted by its partners everywhere, Friisberg & Partners International has drafted, refined, piloted and now formally adopted a new Quality System.
The new Quality System has been over two years in development, is the result of collaborative endeavour by Friisberg partners in six countries and has been based on careful analysis of Friisbergs search experiences over four decades. The 58 page document codifies in detail the methodology employed by Friisbergs partners and consultants across all of its offices.  Whilst not prescriptive on processes and practices, it clearly sets out the standards that will continue to underpin the success of Friisbergs Executive Searches, wherever Friisberg operates.
Zoltn Peth, a Friisberg Partner based in Budapest, Hungary and the Quality System Project Leader, is convinced that this is a major step forward for Friisberg & Partners International.

In Executive Search, client confidence really matters. This new Quality Manual is a formal restatement of our commitment to our clients and they can now be absolutely certain of seamless and first-class service from every Friisberg professional, not just the ones they already know and work with.
Peth admits
Developing a new Quality System has been hard, but the work continues.
He and his Quality Assurance team will be conducting both regular and random sample audits of search assignments undertaken by Friisbergs partners and consultants. Friisbergs Warsaw office in Poland has already been subject to a pilot audit, prior to the formal adoption of the new Quality System and passed Peths inspection with merit.
He says
A higher level of Quality Assurance is what our international clients now expect and increasingly demand. For them, the R-factors: Results, Repeatability, Reliability and Reputation are vital, and this new Quality System preserves and enhances all of them.
This latest version of the Quality Manual has been so well received by the partners that the drafting of another Quality Manual for Friisbergs Management Audit Services has already begun.
