One of the reasons I love working for Hewett Recruitment is because of the autonomy that I have within my role. Having previously worked as a Senior Consultant for a large national agency, I know how stifling it can be to have your every move tracked and be told how to approach developing your own area of business. At Hewetts I have been able to develop and implement my own business plan, whilst maintaining the high quality, personal service approach that Louise so values and is often neglected by others.  It was very refreshing to be asked what my vision was and what help I needed to achieve it, rather than be told what I would do and how I would go about it!
