JIM TAPPER JOINS KORN/FERRY WHITEHEAD MANN TO LEAD THE UK LEADERSHIP & TALENT CONSULTING PRACTICE
Jim Tapper joins Korn/Ferry Whitehead Mann as Managing Director of the Leadership & Talent Consulting Practice in the UK.  The team offers a full suite of talent services including: board and executive team effectiveness organisational transformation and leadership development. 
Jim Tapper said I am delighted to have joined Korn/Ferry Whitehead Mann and I am excited about our award winning leadership tools and methodologies, like Lominger. The UK is a key hub for the global firm, serving clients in the UK and across EMEA.  Our goal is to apply our proven talent solutions in ever more innovative ways to solve our clients business challenges through their people.
Jim brings significant top-level consulting experience to the Firm, substantial industry credentials, and a variety of executive experience in major corporate change programs. In addition to his UK responsibilities, Jim is tasked with driving the development of a number of key leadership and talent solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jim was chief executive of the London-based Centre for High Performance Development (CHPD) and its US parent company, Capital H Group, an international leadership services consultancy.
His prior consultancy experience includes leading the global energy and utilities practice for Logica Plc, serving as associate partner in the strategy and business architecture practice at Accenture, and providing independent consulting to clients in the energy and utilities sector. Jims other experience includes a period as the managing director of Novera Energy Europe, a renewables-only electricity generating company in the United Kingdom, and positions with the International Energy Agency in Paris and the US Department of Energy.
