Penta Consulting moves into the top 15 in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work for
Specialist recruiter Penta Consulting has had its reputation as one of the UKs best employers boosted by the news that it came 14th in this years Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work for 2011 awards. Competing against a record number of entrants this spectacular improvement in its ranking (up from 33rd position last year) reflects staff confidence in Pentas outstanding leadership team, its excellent teamwork and 92% of staff say they are excited about where the company is going. Penta is officially the number one ICT recruitment organisation to work for in the South East.
Overall Penta saw their scores improve significantly in all categories but was particularly pleased that its community programme, which gives employees the chance to get involved with local groups during the working day along with its new annual health check were so well received.
