Recruiters Dominate The 100 Best Small Companies To Work For
Seventeen recruitment companies made the latest Sunday Times 100 best small companies to work for published over the weekend with the top accolades going to Goodman Masson who placed 2nd overall.  The company were also awarded the special individual honour of best company for Wellbeing.  The judges said, Goodman Masson believes that sports and fitness plays a big part in peoples lives, which is why it has been incorporated as much as possible into the working day.  Employees can enjoy five-a-side (they are already signed up to play in the RI Charity 5s again this year!!), a company netball team takes part in a London league, and a table tennis ladder is staged at lunchtime.
About 20% of the staff visit a nearby gym and the running club tackles 10km routes. Indoor cricket at Lords is popular as are the discounted British Military Fitness sessions on offer. Yoga and relaxing sessions help manage stress, as does a weekly visit by a massage therapist. Employees have not had stress-related symptoms in the past 12 months and their health is not suffering because of work.
