Sanderson Recruitment Plc receive Positive Contractor Feedback
Sanderson Recruitment Plc has received an overwhelmingly positive response from a series of contractor satisfaction surveys issued to 350 individuals working on site for some of its major clients.
Over the last nine months, a team of dedicated Account Managers has been sending out regular surveys to contractors based on-site at Nationwide, Zurich, AXA Tech and AXA UK. The surveys are sent out at the midpoint of each contract, with an exit survey being issued when a contractor finishes at a particular client site.
The surveys are designed to gauge contractor satisfaction and gather vital feedback on the quality of service provided by the recruitment agency. They also cover numerous other topics, including issue resolution, compliance, finance and account management.
The response has been very positive, with 85% of contractors saying they could not fault the recruitment process, and over two thirds unable to identify any issues with compliance, contracts or accounts. 86% stated that they would be happy to contract through Sanderson again and 90% said they would work for Sanderson again in the future.
One contractor said: Since being able to air my issues through these surveys and regular visits on site, I am very happy, and another said: I cant fault the service I have received Ive been very impressed.
The survey responses have allowed any issues to be identified and dealt with swiftly.
Group Account Support, Joanna Stephens said: Some contractors commented that they were unsure whether their invoices and timesheets were being received when they sent them via email. In order to address this issue, we set up an auto response mechanism which confirmed receipt of the email and also stated the times of the month when accounts are at their most busy. That way the contractor knows roughly how long it will take accounts to reply, and if their query is urgent they are advised to call to their consultant directly. Since this issue has been resolved we have received no further comments about this.

These surveys are integral to the account management process as they allow Sanderson to gather feedback on the service we provide. They also give our contractors the chance to voice their feelings and offer a platform through which any issues can be resolved.
We are extremely pleased that the response so far has been positive, and we will continue to monitor our performance and drive forward improvements.
