Helping the South Easts schools recruit top teaching talent to drive standards ahead of September a series of free recruitment idays will be running across the South East this May. Attracting qualified teachers from as far afield as Canada, Australia and New Zealand, candidates are pre-matched to each school and paired with their respective Headteachers at Engage Educations novel iday events, which have received widespread acclaim from the UKs teaching profession. Chris Thompson, head of iday at Engage Education, comments: iday takes the hassle out of the recruitment process, freeing Headteachers to focus on teaching and learning. We do all the legwork to bring Heads face-to-face with top teachers, handpicked to meet their schools needs.  By dedicating just one day of their time, Heads can fill multiple vacancies in a highly efficient and cost-effective way. Response from the teaching profession to date has been incredibly positive and we look forward to many schools fulfilling their September recruitment needs this May.
