NEW LOOK FOR RIGHT4STAFF AS LOCAL JOB MARKET IMPROVES

Leading independent recruitment company right4staff is seeing a strong upturn in the job market in Derby despite the continued difficult trading conditions nationally. In fact enquiries from local businesses have more than trebled in the past 6 months and the branch is now supplying around 400 temporary staff every day to its varied client base.

In response to these positive signs right4staff has upgraded its IT systems to manage the ongoing increase of business levels and to provide staff with the most advanced tools to do their jobs. The company has also invested in a complete refurbishment of its offices at the Corn Exchange. There is a new dedicated clerical interview area and training room to deliver Essential Food Hygiene instruction and client inductions.

These latest developments follow the companys decision to invest in two new divisions in Derby to handle commercial recruitment and permanent roles after requests by its industrial customer base for temporary and permanent clerical staff. This is already a success with an average of 15 temporary staff being supplied every day since the launch.

The team has also grown with the appointment of Emma Buchanan who joins as a Commercial Temporary Consultant with over 10 years experience and Laura Sheratt as the Onsite Account Manager for Reckitt Benckiser. They join Jayne Sutcliffe, Carrie Heldreich, Ashley Hughes and Karen Hill.

Commenting on the new developments Emma Walker, Derby Branch Manager, said: Throughout this recession the job market in Derby has always remained fairly buoyant compared to other parts of the country and we are definitely seeing a real upturn recently. As a result we have grown our team and made sure they have the right tools to enable them to continue to support businesses in area and meet all their recruitment needs in the future.
