NHS Hospital Appoints Gloucestershire-Based HR Consultancy

Tetbury Hospital have handed an HR brief to a local HR consultancy, after providing a free HR Health Check.

Following a review of HR practices where they indentified the desire for local, hands on practical guidance, a local Gloucestershire hospital has handed its HR brief to Gloucester-based HR consultancy, Reabur.

Reabur (www.reabur.com) was founded in 2010 by Kirsty Burgess and Georgina Read, both of whom have wide ranging HR backgrounds in the fields of Health Care and Manufacturing. Since it was formed, Reabur has worked with many reputable local businesses, including Intocleaning and Morgan Waugh Haines (Accountancy).

After an initial meeting to discuss a problematic HR issue, Tetbury Hospital decided to hand their brief to Reabur.com who fitted their criteria of a local agency with a hands-on, face to face approach.

Catherine Jefferies, Tetbury Hospital Manager, had the following to say about the partnership:

Tetbury Hospital has formed an association with Reabur, who have already helped to tackle HR issues within the workplace. After the success of the partnership to date, I can now feel confident that Tetbury Hospital, as an employer, can offer staff a wide range of support within the workplace.

This contract means that Tetbury hospital have access to big business HR thinking, within a small working environment, ensuring they dont lose the flexibility, but can tap in to knowledge of wider industry practice. The service includes adhoc HR support, coaching, training and a new staff handbook to reflect the future of working in Healthcare.

The partnership will aim to help both the employer and employees of the hospital developing a professional support network for them to turn to when it comes to any human resources issues.

Georgina Read, Co-Founder of Reabur.com, also commented on the new partnership:
