Pertemps Named in Best Companies

Pertemps Recruitment Partnership has a lot to celebrate this year, not only are they celebrating their 50th anniversary, but they have also have also been named as one of the countrys best employers by The Sunday Times.

The company ranked in 38th place in The Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For list an increase of a massive 43 places compared to last year.

Michelle White, Director at Pertemps said: Pertemps was founded 50 years ago on an ethos which focuses on its staff.  Our entry into the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work for just reinforces that this is still the case today.  The results show that 78 per cent of our staff agree, stating that there is a strong sense of family with their colleagues and 81 per cent feeling that Pertemps cares about them as individuals, which is brilliant as we pride ourselves on always putting our people first whether candidates, clients or employees.

This achievement demonstrates that our values which include loyalty, resilience, determination and team spirit run all the way through our business the same today as they did back in 1961.

The awards that were held at The Battersea Evolution on Thursday 24th February saw Pertemps up against 1165 companies that entered.

Formed in 1961, the strong family values created by founder, Constance Watts and then adopted by her son Tim, have shaped the ethos behind the companys development, the working environment and the attitude of all personnel, which is reflected in the companys improved position.
